Refund / Cancellation Policy

We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled.

Our general policy states that all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Event Cancellations

If due to any unforeseen circumstances, an event is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.

All refunds will only be issued once the event has been confirmed and verified as cancelled.

All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rescheduled Events

If due to any unforeseen circumstances, an event has to be rescheduled, the customer is entitled to an exchange for a new ticket valid for the new date or venue.

On occasions The Third Space may be in a position to refund 100% of the ticket value, but this will be post investigation on a strictly case by case basis.
